Robert Burns Night – January 25th 2019

We will have a burns night supper for the adults, member, non member, deaf and hearing welcome. Its £30 for a ticket and it will be held at Alona Hotel in Strathclyde Park in Motherwell.  We will have a 3 course meals, with free wines on the table.   Hi my name is Rachael and I work here at Lanarkshire deaf club. I am responsible for organising the Family Group. We meet on a Friday 10am until 1pm. Saturday Night Social Club – Kids Play Zone

We have a play area in the deaf club for children to play in every Saturday night (7pm-10.30pm) while their parents socialise with friends. We have a supervisor in the play area that is PVG checked.  Lots of toys such as cars, trucks, dolls, play kitchen, pool table, tents, ps3/xbox , arts, games etc. It's a family friendly club.

Chinese New Year Workshop – Wow

Chinese New Year on February 24th was a great success with 44 children! Lots of art and craft that the children thoroughly enjoyed doing, we had Chinese food and listening to Chinese music also Chinese dancing! We made a big colourful dragon and had the children underneath the dragon and blanket and they marched /danced around the hall! It was fantastic!
